We are an Out of Network facility. We accept most insurance plans. All major credit cards accepted. We participate with Medicare and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield.

We have a friendly in-house billing department, ready to answer all your financial questions. The Center will bill your insurance directly for your procedure, including all supplies. In addition, your insurance company is billed separately by your surgeon, anesthesiologist, and if applicable, the laboratory where specimens or cultures have been sent. You are responsible for any applicable co-pays and/or deductibles.
